Heard the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AAG appearing for the State.
The petitioner, who was charge sheeted for offence under Sections 489-B and 489-C of Indian Penal Code has moved this petition for having being incarceration for the past one month.
The allegation is that he was found in possession of four currency notes in the dimension of `1,000/- and the six bundles of genuine notes.
No criminal anticedent of this type of offence is reported by the Investigating Agency but he was charge sheeted for an offence under Section 307 IPC.
Considering the nature of charge and the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed, I find that it is a fit case for grant of bail.
Therefore, bail to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate,
Fatehabad.
