In view of the compromise effected between the parties, nothing survives in this criminal case. Therefore, the petition is allowed and the First Information Report No. 92 dated 8.6.2005 for the offences under Sections 326/323/324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequent proceedings emanated therefrom stand quashed.
