Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 189 dated 5.11.2010 under Section 392, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Model Town, Ludhiana.
Heard.
Petitioner is in custody since 4.8.2011. The witnesses, before whom the petitioner had suffered a confessional statement, have not supported the prosecution case during trial. Complainant Kirpal Dass has been examined during trial and he has also not supported the prosecution case.
