Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 90 dated 20.7.2013, under Section 406, 498-A, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 22.2.2014 (Anexure P-2) effected between the parties.
Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 has submitted that although, a compromise was effected between the parties, but the petitioners have not honoured the terms of the compromise in its true letter and spirit.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3, no ground for quashing of the FIR in
