Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 05.04.2014 (Annexure P-5 ) made by petitioner No.1. It has been stated that year of birth of petitioner No.1-Rekha Rani as per Annexure P-1 is 1992 and year of birth of petitioner No.2-Chinder Singh as per Annexure P-2 is 1990. They got married on 05.04.2014. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.
In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim raised, this

petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 Superintendent of Police, Sirsa to look into the representation dated 05.04.2014 (Annexure P-5) and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
However, it is made clear that this order will have no effect on
the validity of alleged marriage of the petitioners or on any other civil or criminal proceedings instituted against them.
