Petitioner Balwant Singh has applied for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 169 dated 9.4.2013 under Section 148, 149, 323, 285, 325, 307, 120-B IPC and 25, 27, 54 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar, Fatehabad.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no role has been attributed to the petitioner and he is in custody since 31.7.2013. He has further submitted that it is a case of cross version.
The abovesaid factual position is not disputed by the State counsel.
So, without commenting on the merits of the case, bail is granted to the petitioner Balwant Singh, to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
