Petitioner is a complainant who seeks expeditious disposal of the trial claiming that accused being police officials, the trial is being unnecessarily protracted on flimsy grounds.
Heard. The petitioner may move an application before the trial Court for examination of the witnesses when they are present in the Court. In case any such application is filed, the trial Court shall make earnest endeavour to record the statements of the witnesses and decide the case expeditiously in accordance with law.
