After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition submitting that the petition under Section 13 of Haryana Urban (Control of Rent and Eviction) Act, 1973 (for short 'the Act') filed by the respondent has already been allowed and he reserves his right to take all the pleas before the Appellate Authority under the Act.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, to the
extent permissible under law.
