Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and submits that the executing Court has issued warrants of possession, as such, he be allowed a week's time to appear before the executing Court and move an application explaining the absence of objector/judgment-debtor and his counsel before the executing Court on 16.09.2014 and for seeking decision on the application/objections moved by the petitioner. He undertakes to move such application within seven days.
In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is allowed a week's time as prayed for. In the meantime, status quo

regarding the possession of the property in dispute shall be maintained. However, in the event of petitioner not appearing and complying with the undertaking given today, the executing Court will proceed further with the execution proceedings in accordance with law.
