Owner-Deepak Kumar of the offending vehicle has filed the present transfer application under Section 24 CPC seeking transfer of the claim petition filed by respondent Nos.1 to 7 under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act before the learned MACT, Biznour (UP) to be transferred to a competent court at Ludhiana.
At the time of hearing, realizing that the present application is not maintainable before this Court, learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the same.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
