Petitioner wife has filed the present transfer application under Section 24 CPC for the transfer of petition filed by respondent husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 from Hoshiarpur to Ludhiana.
Upon notice, respondent-husband stands served but none appeared on his behalf.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition in view of the parties having amicably settled their matrimonial dispute.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner at Bar, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
