By filing the instant revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, plaintiff No.1/petitioner has prayed for setting aside the impugned order dated 22.11.2013 (P.1) passed by the learned Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Fatehgarh Sahib whereby their application for amendment of the plaint has been dismissed.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
