Wife was seeking the transfer of petition for restitution of
conjugal rights filed by the husband from the Court at Bathinda to any Court of competent jurisdiction at Jalandhar.
Upon notice, none caused appearance on behalf of the respondent-husband.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitionerwife submits that the present transfer application has become infructuous in the light of the respondent-husband having already withdrawn his petition for restitution of conjugal rights.
Dismissed as infructuous.
