The grand sons/ legal representatives of defendant no.1-Jai Chand are in revision assailing the order dated 2.11.2013 (P1) passed by learned Civil Judge(Jr.Div.)Charkhi Dadri whereby the application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC for amendment of the plaint by plaintiffs/their Buas for challenging the registered Will dated 13.3.2007 executed by Jai Chand in their favour, has been permitted to be included in a suit filed by plaintiffs/ Buas seeking their share in the property of their father Jai Chand-defendant no.1 being co-parceners.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
