By way of filing the instant petition under Section 24 CPC, the petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the husband-respondent from the Court of learned Addl. District Judge, Panchkula to any Court at Jalandhar.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent points out that the present petition has become infructuous as the parties have arrived at a settlement.
In view of the aforesaid statement, present petition is dismissed
as infructuous.
