By way of filing the instant petition under Section 24 CPC, the petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the husband-respondent from the Court of learned Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Moga to any Court at SAS Nagar Mohali.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petitioner since a compromise has been effected between the parties, which is not disputed by learned counsel opposite.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
