Petitioner-wife was seeking the transfer of a petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the husband from the court of learned Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Karnal to a court of competent jurisdiction at Panipat.
Notice of motion was issued by this Court on 2.4.2013.
Respondent-husband still remains to be served.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the present petition has become infructuous in view the respondenthusband having withdrawn the aforesaid petition for restitution of conjugal rights.
Dismissed as infructuous.
