The landlord is in revision praying for enhancement of provisional rent assessed vide impugned order dated 6.2.2012 (P6) passed by the learned Rent Controller, Dera Bassi, Distt.Mohali.
Upon request the revision is now fixed for hearing on 11.11.2013.
In the meanwhile CM No.20442-CII/2013 has been filed by the petitioner/landlord praying for permission to withdraw the present revision petition in the light of the respondent/tenant having handed over the vacant possession of the demised premises in view of compromise arrived at between the parties.
