Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 has very fairly stated that since the aforesaid respondents have already executed the sale deed of the property in dispute in favour of wife of the appellant, the present appeal has become infructuous, as no further relief can be granted to the appellants in this appeal.
Learned counsel for the appellants could not dispute the fact that the sale deed has been executed in favour of wife of the appellant by respondents No.1 and 2 and in view of the statement made on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2, learned counsel for the
appellants does not wish to press this appeal further.
Ordered accordingly.
