Defendant-Rajinder Kaur is in second appeal against the concurrent findings of both the Courts below whereby the suit for specific performance for executing the sale deed of a residential house/suit property filed by respondent-Balwinder Kaur was decreed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Fatehgarh Sahib vide judgement and decree dated 14.3.2011 and the findings thereof were affirmed in appeal by the learned District Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib vide judgement and decree dated 7.12.2011 while dismissing the appeal of the defendant-Rajinder Kaur.
