The petitioner is a decree holder of possession by way of specific performance of agreement to sell dated 12.8.1992 with regard to a plot measuring 150 square yards.
In the present revision petition he is seeking compliance of the directions passed by this Court on 25.1.2013 whereby the Executing Court was directed to dispose of the pending execution proceedings within three months from the date of receipt of the order.
On the last date of hearing on 5.7.2013, a report was sought
from the learned Executing Court regarding compliance of the order dated 25.1.2013.

The prayer made is reasonable and therefore, the present revision petition is disposed of with the directions to the learned Executing Court to now complete the execution proceedings within next four months from today.
