We have seen the photographs relied upon by the learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, which would clearly depicts that some 'kacha sheds' have been built up which are kept in a totally un-hygienic condition and have been rented out to poor labourers. These sheds are not residential houses of the applicant-petitioner.
No case to review the order dated 12.8.2013 is made out.
Dismissed.
