After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks and is permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a review application as according to him, learned Single Judge has incorrectly mentioned that Satbir Singh who has been been appointed as Lambardar, “is also grand-son the Ex-Lambardar”.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances, it is observed that if the appellant files the review application within two weeks, the learned Bench shall sympathetically consider the desirability of condoning the delay.
With liberty afore-mentioned, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
