Respondents No.1 to 3 filed an application claiming compensation on account of the death of Ranjit Singh, who died on 12.07.2010 in an accident during the course of his employment with respondent No.4. The appellant, who is grand-mother of the claimants and mother of the deceased, was also impleaded as proforma-

respondent on her application. Vide judgment dated 19.01.2012, the claim application was decided in favour of respondents No.1 to 3 and the appellant, who was arrayed as proforma-respondent being mother of the deceased.
The instant appeal has been filed by the aforesaid proforma-respondent, who is mother of the deceased, alleging that interest of the minors has not been watched by the authority as they have been granted a lesser amount; whereas the major portion of the amount of compensation has been awarded to Kulwinder Kaurrespondent, wife of the deceased.
At this stage, it may be noticed that the appellant has not challenged the impugned order raising any grievance with regard to compensation paid to her. It may further be noticed that children of the deceased, i.e. respondents No.2 and 3, are not residing with the appellant. It is further to be noticed that on 12.08.2013, noticing the contentions raised, the following order was passed by this Court:

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has produced on record photocopies of the FDRs made in the names of respondents No.2 and 3 for the compensation amount.
In view thereof, this Court is of the opinion that no further grievance is left in this appeal and thus, the same is dismissed.
However, in case the minor children are aggrieved from distribution of the amount of compensation, they are at liberty to seek an appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
