The instant appeal has arisen out of the order of the Tribunal in an election matter, whereby the election petition filed by the petitioner against the election of respondent No.2 held on 26.5.2008 was dismissed.
It is not in dispute that fresh elections have taken
place and thus, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time.
