Let four copies of the writ petition be supplied to the learned State counsel during the course of day failing which the order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for nonprosecution.

In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, there is no need to issue notice to respondent No.5 nor any necessity to seek counter-reply from respondent Nos.1 to 4 at this stage.

The petitioners are residents of village Peeranwala (Canal Colony), Tehsil and District Ferozepur. Their grievance is against the notification dated 20.12.2012 of the proposed

'Wardbandi' issued by the Government of Punjab, whereby wardbandi of ensuing gram panchayat elections is proposed to be carried out for villages Peeran Wala and Basti Bhan Singh, District Ferozepur.

The petitioners are already said to have submitted their objections-cum-representations dated 3.1.2013, 2.1.2013 & 4.1.2013 (Annexures P-4, P-5 & P-6) to the B.D.P.O., D.D.P.O., Ferozepur and Director R&D Panchayats, Punjab, respectively, followed by a legal notice (Anneuxre P-7), but without any response thereto.

We find that somewhat similar controversy was raised before us in Civil Writ Petition No.2758 of 2013 (Balwinder Singh and others versus State of Punjab and others) which was disposed of with certain directions on 08.02.2013. The present writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms and consequently, the Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur is directed to decide the afore-mentioned objections-cumrepresentation said to have been submitted by the petitioners, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law and uninfluenced of any other consideration before issuance of the final notification.
