The petitioners have filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the respondents to allot them plot under the oustees category.
It is the case of the petitioners that vide notification dated 5.7.1987 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, their land, situated in Kasba Karnal was acquired for development of Sector 7, Urban Estate, Karnal. It is the further case of the petitioners that in spite of the requests made by them, the respondents did not consider their claim for allotment of plot under the oustees policy of the State Government. In this regard, representation dated 27.5.2012, copy of which is available on record as Annexure P-3, was submitted by the petitioners to the Chief Administrator, HUDA, Panchkula; and the Estate Officer, HUDA, Karnal

(respondents No. 2 and 3 herein), but till date the same has not been considered and decided.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, without issuing notice of motion as it will un-necessary delay the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the Administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Panchkula, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 27.5.2012 by passing a speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.
