We dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner Tarn Taran to supply an attested copy of the notification purportedly published on 26.2.2013, to the petitioners within a period of two days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. He shall also make available the copies of such like notifications of District Tarn Taran to the general public and in the event of any default, we make it clear that the action of the Authorities shall be viewed

We further direct that the action pursuant to the alleged final notification dated 26.2.2013, shall remain in abeyance for two weeks to enable the petitioners to challenge the same.
