Challenge in this writ petition is for quashing of the average report awarded to the petitioner for the year 1987-88 and conveyed to him on 22.9.1989 (Annexure P-8) and rejection of the representation (Annexure P-9) filed by him.
Learned State counsel submits that by efflux of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to move an application for revival of the writ petition in case something survives therein.
