Let three copies of the writ petition be supplied to the learned State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for nonprosecution.
In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, there is no necessity to seek any counter-reply from the respondents at this stage.
The petitioners impugn the notifications dated 15.12.2006 (Annexure P-3) and 14.12.2007 (Annexure P-4) issued under Sections 4 & 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, respectively, qua acquisition of their land situated within the

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that a bunch of writ petitions including CWP No.13001 of 2008 (Narender Kumar and others versus State of Haryana and others pertaining to the acquisition have been disposed of vide judgment dated 29.08.2013. Since the issue raised in the instant writ petition is also similar in nature, the same is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 29.08.2013 passed in Narender Kumar and others' case (supra).
Ordered accordingly.
