In view of the nature of the order which we propose to pass, there is no necessity to seek any counter reply from the respondents at this stage.

The petitioner seeks quashing of the notifications dated 14.7.2011 (Annexure P-1) and 11.7.2012 (Annexure P-3) issued under Sections 4 & 6 respectively, of the land Acquisition Act, 1894 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') whereby petitioner's land situated in village Kasoli Tehsil and District Rewari has been acquired for the development of Multi Model Logistic Hub, Industrial Infrastructure with allied uses and public

An identical issue came up for consideration before us in CWP No.20014 of 2013 (Raghbir Singh vs. State of Haryana and others) which also pertained to the same acquisition. The writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 11.9.2013 with certain directions.

The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the same terms.

In the instant case also, parties shall maintain status quo till the decision is taken by the Competent Authority.
