The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash order dated 26.10.2012 passed by the Commissioner vide which stay granted in the appeal, was vacated. After considering the petitioner's grievance, the following order was passed on 20.11.2012:-
“ Counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Commissioner has vacated the stay order, granted in favour of the petitioner, without assigning any reason.
Notice of motion for 12.02.2013.
Dispossession of the petitioner shall remain stayed
till further orders.

The Appellate Authority is also directed to decide the appeal, well before the next date of hearing.”
Counsel for the State of Punjab submits that the Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal on the next date of hearing, i.e., 14.2.2013.
In view of the statement made by counsel for the State of Punjab, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Appellate Authority, to decide the appeal on 14.2.2013. Till then, dispossession of the petitioner shall remain stayed.
