During the course of hearing, the dispute between the
parties has been crystalized.
It has been stated on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, the competent authority has granted sanction to respondent No.6 to construct 3D and 4D Theater for short duration movies (not commercial movies), as an integral part of the amusement park.
In the written statement filed by respondent No.6, in para 7, this fact has been reiterated, and counsel for respondent No.6, on instructions from said respondent, who is present in Court today, states

that respondent will restrict the use of the theater only to showing 3D and 4D short duration movies and not the commercial movies.
In view of the said stand taken by respondent No.6, counsel
for the petitioner does not want to press this petition.
