Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks a direction for carrying out the correction in the seniority list Annexure P4. The petitioner appears to have already submitted a representation Annexure P-5 dated 30.7.2012 claiming the same relief as prayed for in the present writ petition. It is deemed appropriate, in the interest of justice, to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-5 dated 30.7.2012, within a period of six months after the receipt of a certified copy of the order by passing a speaking order.
