Pursuant to the order dated 10.10.2013, Mr. Puneeet Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over an order dated 11.12.2013 whereby the petitioner has been promoted as Work Charge Supervisor with effect from 8.1.1991. This would render the writ petition as infructuous.
However, if the petitioner is still left with any grievance, he may represent competent authority, who shall consider the same sympathetically.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
