This petition has been filed for issuance of directions to the respondents to make petitioner a permanent full time employee of the respondent-Bank.
Learned counsel states that in this regard the petitioner has moved a representation dated 14.02.2013 (Annexure P-4) and that he would be satisfied if in the first instance a direction is issued to the respondent No.1 to decide the same by passing a speaking order thereon within any reasonable time.
I find this to be a fair request. Resultantly, the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the said representation within a period of two months by passing a speaking order thereon from the date of receipt of a certified
