1 . The petitioner claiming her to be victim of Sikh Riot 1984 and Red card/Identity card holder has filed the present petition, claiming allotment of MIG Flat based on the policy dated 29.12.2009/4.01.2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed a representation dated 17.05.2013(Annexure P-8) for the relief as sought in the present writ petition with respondent No. 2/Deputy Commissioner, Patiala. It was urged that no decision thereon has been taken by the said authority so far.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, perusing the present petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the representation dated 17.05.2013(Annexure P-8) filed by the
