Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has received verbal instructions that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the subsequent allotment having been made by the respondents in favour of the petitioner and the writ petition be disposed of as such. He further states that since no written communication has been received, therefore, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to move an application for revival of the writ petition in case something survives therein.
