In view of the fact that the election process has already started and nomination papers have also been filed, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to avail the remedy as per law after the election.
As a consequence, it will be open to the petitioner to
challenge the vires in the subsequent writ petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
