Counsel for the parties are agreed that the petitioner has been granted necessary relief. However, there is no clarification as to whether DCRG was released to the petitioner along with statutory interest because neither counsel for the petitioner nor counsel for the respondents has information about the same.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with a clarification that in case statutory interest has not been paid on the DCRG, the same be released to the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
