this stage. Thus, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if necessity arises.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as
prayed for.
