Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that by afflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous because term of the Gram Panchayat is coming to an end very shortly.
Learned counsel for the State fairly states that suspension order is not going to affect the eligibility of the petitioners for contesting the coming Gram Panchayat election.
In view of the above statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is ordered to be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
