The issue raised in this writ petition is repetition of the grievances which were raised in CWP No.680 of 2012 (Manjit Singh and others versus State of Punjab and others) decided on 23.7.2012 (Annexure P-2). The controversy raised in this writ petition as also in the aforementioned CWP No.680 of 2012 pertains to designing/approval of the fly-over at Kitchlu Chowk, Amritsar.
In our considered view, no further direction or interference by this Court is called for as the issue essentially falls within the domain of Engineers/Architects and other Experts.
Dismissed.
