After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from his clients, craves leave to withdraw this petition with liberty lay a challenge to rule 49 of the Bar Council of India Rules which prohibits voting right to law officers.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
