Today, supplementary reply of Shamsher Singh Dahiya, Superintendent, Central Jail, Hisar has been filed on behalf of the respondents and the same is taken on record.
Petitioner's prayer is for grant of parole and for that purpose his application is also pending before the authorities. It is stated that vide order dated 20.3.2013, application of the petitioner has been dismissed.
In view of above, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner may avail remedy against the order, referred to above, as per law.
