In this Habeas Corpus Petition the petitioner had prayed that the alleged detenue namely Amrit be released from the illegal detention of the police.
Reply filed to the petition reveals that the petitioner was arrested in a case pertaining to F.I.R. No.73 dated 17.2.2013 registered under Sections 457/380 I.P.C. at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula and is in custody.
Noticing the fact that the whereabouts of the detenu are now established, I am of the opinion that the instant Habeas Corpus Petition has been rendered infructuous and is therefore, disposed of as such leaving the parties to the
