After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the Court of Session for filing a revision against the order dated 7.2.2013 vide which the prayer for discharge of the petitioners from the proceedings under Section 307 IPC has been declined. Permitted to do so.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid granted.
