Arvind Kumar , the petitioner had brought this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of the detenues named in para no.3 of the petition from illegal custody of respondents no.4 and 5.
Vide order dated 06.02.2013, Warrant Officer was appointed to go to the spot and to search for the alleged detenues at the brick kiln of respondents no.4 and 5 and all other possible places where they could be kept by respondents no.4 and 5.
Report of the Warrant Officer has been received which reveals that all the persons mentioned in the petition, except Rajbir, Chander Parkash, Babita and Sanjay were got released and sent with the petitioner. The above named four persons were stated to have already left for their village.

The report shows that detenues have been released and therefore no further action is required in the matter. The petition is consequently disposed of as having become infructuous.
