Petitioner is seeking his temporary release on parole for a period of 15 days to get his children admitted in a school. It is not in dispute that his wife is available to perform that function. There is nothing on record to show that father's presence is must at the time of admission of the child in primary classes. Quantum of finances needed for admission is not such that it may require release of the petitioner on parole.
Dismissed.
