(1). These suo motu contempt of court proceedings have arisen out of a reference sent by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gohana vide memo dated 15.06.2012 which has been forwarded by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Sonepat for appropriate action.

(2). Show cause notice was issued and the respondentcontemnors were directed to appear in person.

(3). The respondents have filed their respective affidavits dated 11.01.2013 tendering unqualified apology and putting themselves to the mercy of this Court. It is also explained that they are rustic villagers and marginal farmers who could not properly understand the implications of law. Their learned counsel assures that no such incident shall happen again in future.

(4). Having regard to all the attending circumstances, we are inclined to accept the unqualified apology tendered by the respondents who are warned to remain careful in future. Ordered accordingly.
